2018 Highlights:
• In his first season of non-affiliated ball, Dean played for the Chicago Dogs of the American Association
• A member of the Inaguaral Dogs’ team, managed by former Blue Crabs manager Butch Hobson
• Went on a five game tear in the month of July, going 8-17 with three runs scored
Previous Career:
• Drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 13th round of the 2011 MLB June Amateur Draft out of The Colony High School (The Colony, TX)
• Played six seasons in the Blue Jays system, reaching as high as the AA affiliate, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats
• Earned All-Star honors twice in his career, first in 2013 Post-Season as an Appalachian League All-Star, and in 2014 as a Midwest League Mid-Season All-Star
