Courtney Knichel is heading into her 16th season with the team. Serving as the General Manager, she has been featured in the Washington Post and ESPN W for her journey in the industry. The Muskingum University alum began her career with the Blue Crabs just days after graduation, joining the team in 2008 as a marketing intern. Today she is one of the Blue Crabs’ most dedicated fans. Courtney resides in Prince Frederick, MD with her husband Kyle, her daughters Kennedy and Colbie, her son Cooper and goldendoodle Sully.
